Real engineering, honestly sized.
Northkeep is the trading name of AdvancIT OOD, a Bulgarian company that has delivered software since before it carried the Northkeep name. It is independent - not part of any consultancy group - and an AWS Partner Network member.
We are a growing company, not a large one. Engagements are led by senior technical leadership and delivered by engineers we employ or engage directly, including vetted subcontractors, under our technical oversight. We do not publish headcount; we tell you who will be on your engagement before it starts.
- What we are building
- An engineering company with its own teams, technical leads, and delivery processes - able to take responsibility for meaningful outcomes, and to grow well beyond its founder.
- What we are not
- A recruitment agency, a low-cost outsourcing factory, or an AI company selling automated code. We use AI inside our own engineering; what we sell is working systems and accountability for them.
- How we hold ourselves
- Clear scope and terms, honest reporting, and no claims we cannot back - including about our own size.
Leadership
Svetlozar Kondakov
Founder and principal architect
More than twenty years of building and running software and cloud systems, three CTO roles, one ending in a profitable trade sale and two completed and handed over. He holds every active AWS certification and is a Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Resident in the EU (Bulgaria).
Before Northkeep, he built regulated lending platforms, led engineering teams as CTO, took generative AI to production inside live products, and designed and ran data and ML platforms at scale. Today he leads Northkeep's architecture and technical oversight - and is building the team of technical leads that will share it.

On certifications
What they prove, and what they do not.
The AWS Golden Jacket is AWS's recognition for holding every AWS certification at once, all current. The difficulty is not passing the exams once: AWS certifications expire on rolling cycles, so the full set has to be valid at the same moment and then kept that way.
What certifications evidence is breadth across a platform and the follow-through to maintain it. What they do not evidence is engineering judgment, which is the thing you are actually buying - and that is why the work, not the badges, leads this site.
