- Customer ownership, confidentiality, non-solicitation, and delivery obligations are set in each partner agreement before work starts - and we keep to what we agree.
- Commercial terms that fit the work
- Time-and-materials, dedicated capacity, or fixed price for a defined package. Rates reflect role, expertise, duration, and responsibility.
- Capacity confirmed, not assumed
- Northkeep is a growing engineering company, not a large bench. We confirm who is available for each request, and we will tell you early if a role is outside what we can staff well.
- Our standards come with our engineers
- Code review, documentation, and technical oversight from Northkeep go with every engineer and every package - so you are not supervising our people for us.
